ART COMMISSION

aRT COMMISSION

I can certainly help you with creating a commission in handmade porcelain one-off artwork.

When commissioning a piece of art, it's essential to communicate your ideas clearly.
Here are some steps to consider:
  1. Introduction: Start by introducing yourself and expressing your interest in commissioning a unique memory in the form of a porcelain artwork. Mention the occasion for which you need the piece (e.g., wedding gift, anniversary, birthday, new home, etc.).
  2. Artistic Style and Materials: Specify that you are interested in using royal porcelain, gold lustre, and enamels to create the artwork. You can mention if you have any preferences for the artistic style, such as contemporary, traditional, minimalist, or something specific.
  3. Artwork Details: Provide some details about the artwork you envision. You can describe any specific elements you'd like to include (e.g., personalized names, dates, or meaningful symbols). Mention the size or approximate dimensions you have in mind.
  4. Budget: If you have a budget in mind, it's helpful to share it with me. This way, I can better understand what type of piece can be created within your price range. If you're unsure about the pricing, you can request the artist to provide their rates or an estimate based on the complexity of the artwork.
  5. Timeline: Let me know if there's a specific deadline for when you need the artwork. This is especially important for time-sensitive occasions like birthdays or anniversaries.
  6. Contact Information: Provide your contact information (email or phone) so that I can get in touch with you to discuss the commission further.
  7. Reference Images: If you have any reference images or examples of the works that you liked, you can share them to give me a better understanding of your preferences.
  8. Open to Artist's Interpretation: While providing specific details is essential, it's also good to allow me with some creative freedom to bring the unique touch to the artwork.
